Crisis. We have all met this: When our skill and mastery are inadequate for the circumstances we meet. Our first session is a dive into feminine & masculine, both holding & creating faculties. These are the four frame & flow principles that foundationally shift our current challenges.
SESSION #2
Growth. Let's take on and grow from our existing successes and needs. What do you privilege? What feminine and masculine aspects of yourself are shadowed? Together, we will shine conscious light on the parts of ourselves that enable more power.
SESSION #3
Motivation. Let us all walk, holistically, into our future together. What do you need to embody your feminine & masculine aspects? And, what do you need to let go of to do this? You'll step into discovery, an exploration of what it takes to be more whole, and positively integrate feminine & masculine, creative & holding principles.
SESSION #4
Decisions. We all get stuck. Even when we know what we need this can be specific to particular situations. What leadership and relationship aspect is prominent for you? Where you are stuck? Our concluding session is about making decisions, planning, and enabling the feminine and masculine patterns, in yourself, that are most valuable for such circumstances.

Teresa Zimmermann, MAS and Dr Simon Divecha, PhD are your hosts. We are deeply inspired by bringing these feminine and masculine principles to life.
We've seen the potency of this in organizations and how it is allowing collectives to go beyond the limits of our current business models and thinking.
We've applied this deeply, embodying it in groups and coaching to help us all shift. We let ourselves be witnessed, presence our own thresholds around these principles, and deeply understand what inspires us.
I'M TERESA.
I am a culture decoder & weaver and a FORBES commended growth catalyser.
In the last 6 years I researched a non-linear framework for adult development (aligned with Harvard Prof. erem. Robert Kegan) and tools for its application in high-level leadership.
I experience fundamental empowering when we claim our essence and authenticity in the way that we show up. Frame and flow essentially changed my leadership style. I became more whole, more successful and so much more at ease with leading people into their core strengths.
I'M SIMON.
I am a consciousness action researcher and transformational change agent.
I'm the recipient of the University of Adelaide Medal for my consciousness research and an Integral Sustainability practitioner amplifying our highest potentials.
My motivation for this work comes from the shifts that activating feminine and masculine principles cultivates in me. I've seen this power in decades of leading change across not-for-profits, multinational businesses and governments as a CEO and coach.
